Choose How You Want to Proceed
All tiers start with a free assessment. No payment occurs at any level until funds are recovered.
No. The initial assessment is free, and the investigation and coordination work is funded by us during the case. Our standard success fee of 12.5% applies only to funds actually recovered and received by you. Before engagement, the written agreement will specify whether any third-party expenses or other costs could apply at advanced legal stages.
Our 12.5% is calculated only on the amount actually recovered. If we recover $40,000 of a $100,000 loss, our fee is $5,000 | applied only to what we recovered, not what was lost.
If no funds are recovered, no success fee is charged. We fund the investigation and coordination work during the case. This is why we assess each case individually before accepting it | our costs are only recouped if funds are recovered. Any potential third-party expenses at advanced legal stages would be specified in your written agreement before engagement.
You receive the full recovered amount directly into your bank account. Once you confirm receipt, we issue an invoice for 12.5% of that amount. We do not deduct from your funds.
The 12.5% success fee is the only fee we charge, and it applies only to funds actually recovered and received by you. Before engagement, the written agreement will specify whether any third-party expenses or other costs could apply at advanced legal stages. Everything is set out clearly before we begin, and the actual contract matches this wording.
We generally assess cases from $5,000 upwards, though all cases are evaluated individually. Cases below $5,000 may still qualify depending on the nature of the fraud.
