We know you have questions — especially after being deceived once. Here are honest, detailed answers to everything you need to know about our no-win-no-fee recovery service.
💰 About Our Fees & No-Win-No-Fee Model
Absolutely nothing. Not a penny, not a dollar, not a euro. Our free case assessment, our investigation, our legal filings, and our case management are all funded entirely by us until we achieve a recovery. You only ever pay after confirmed funds have cleared in your bank account.
12.5% is the percentage of the amount we successfully recover on your behalf. It is our success fee — the only way we make money. If we recover $50,000 for you, our fee is $6,250. If we recover £100,000, our fee is £12,500. It's transparent, fair, and set out in our client agreement before we begin.
Our 12.5% fee is calculated only on the amount actually recovered — never on the total amount lost. If you lost £100,000 and we recover £60,000, our fee is 12.5% of £60,000 = £7,500. You receive £52,500 net. Partial recovery is still far better than accepting total loss.
Only after you have confirmed receipt of the recovered funds in your designated bank account. Once you confirm the transfer, we issue an invoice for 12.5% of the recovered amount. We do not deduct from your funds directly — you receive the full amount first.
You owe us absolutely nothing. We absorb all costs: forensic investigation, legal fees, exchange subpoenas, court filings. This is why we carefully evaluate each case — we only accept cases we believe can result in a meaningful recovery. Our risk is aligned with yours.
None. No assessment fees, no admin fees, no disbursements, no filing fees, no courier fees. Our 12.5% success fee is the only payment you will ever make — and only if we win. Everything is written clearly in the client agreement.
🔍 The Recovery Process
Recovery timelines vary significantly. Simple exchange-based cases can resolve in 3–6 months. Romance scams and forex fraud typically take 6–12 months. Complex multi-jurisdiction cases involving corporate structures can take 12–24 months. We provide you with a realistic timeline estimate during the assessment phase.
Blockchain forensics is the science of tracing cryptocurrency transactions on public distributed ledgers. Every crypto transfer is permanently recorded. Our AI-powered tools follow the money from your wallet, through mixing services, decentralised exchanges, and bridge protocols, to identify the final endpoints — often the accounts of the fraudsters on regulated exchanges where their identity can be verified.
The most valuable information is: transaction hashes (TXIDs) of transfers to the fraudulent address; the wallet addresses involved; the name/URL of the fraudulent platform; all communications (emails, WhatsApp, Telegram messages); and any account statements from the platform. The more you provide, the faster we can build your case.
No. We provide end-to-end legal and forensic services. Our global attorney network handles all legal actions — freezing orders, subpoenas, court filings — across all relevant jurisdictions. You don't need to hire a separate solicitor or attorney.
Yes. You will be assigned a dedicated case manager who will provide you with regular progress updates throughout the recovery process. You can contact them at any time with questions.
✅ Eligibility & Case Types
We handle all major categories: trading platform fraud, romance/pig butchering scams, Ponzi and pyramid schemes, binary options fraud, forex broker fraud, social media impersonation scams, fake ICOs and rug pulls, phishing and airdrop wallet drainers, property fraud involving crypto, and charity scams. If you're unsure, submit your case and we'll classify it.
We generally assess cases from $5,000 USD upwards. All cases are evaluated individually — some smaller cases may qualify depending on factors like clear wallet traces and identified counterparties. Submit your case and we'll give you an honest assessment.
Older cases are harder but not impossible. Blockchain records are permanent — the transactions are still there. The challenge is whether the fraudster's exchange accounts are still active, or whether their KYC data can be obtained via court order. We will assess the specifics of your case during the free consultation.
⚖️ Legal & Jurisdiction
We serve clients in the UK, Australia, Canada, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and many others. Our legal network covers 15+ jurisdictions — if you're outside these areas, contact us and we'll advise whether we can assist.
Yes, where appropriate. We work alongside national and international law enforcement agencies including the FBI IC3, FCA (UK), ASIC (Australia), SEC, Europol, and various national cybercrime units. Our forensic evidence packages are designed to meet law enforcement evidentiary standards.
A freezing order (or Mareva injunction) is an emergency court order that prevents a defendant from moving or disposing of their assets while legal proceedings are underway. In crypto cases, we use these to freeze identified wallet balances on centralised exchanges before fraudsters can withdraw them.
🛡️ Trust & Safety
The clearest proof is our no-upfront-fee policy. Fake recovery scams always demand money before doing any work — often via cryptocurrency, wire transfer, or gift cards. We charge nothing before recovery. We are a registered legal entity: Blockchain Legal Solutions is a trade name of AI Data Intelligence Hong Kong SAR, a licensed Hong Kong company. We never ask you to send us cryptocurrency.
Our official website is blockchainlegalsolutions.com. Our emails end in @blockchainlegalsolutions.com. We do not contact people via Telegram, WhatsApp cold messages, or social media DMs. If someone contacts you claiming to be us, they are an impersonator.
Absolutely. All data is transmitted via 256-bit SSL encryption. Your case details are held in strict confidence and shared only with the personnel directly handling your case. We comply with applicable data protection legislation including GDPR.
