Terms and Conditions

AI Data Intelligence Limited ยท Updated 3 November 2026

These terms cover use of blockchainlegalsolutions.com and the sending of an enquiry. They are not an engagement letter. Work starts only when both sides sign a written engagement.

Who you are dealing with

Blockchain Legal Solutions is a crypto asset recovery and blockchain forensics service operated by AI Data Intelligence Limited, Hong Kong company registration 2894261.

Blockchain Legal Solutions office: Central Tower, 28 Queen's Rd Central, Central, Hong Kong SAR, China.

AI Data Intelligence Hong Kong headquarters: Two Exchange Square, 8 Connaught Place, Central.

Email: info@blockchainlegalsolutions.com.

The company traces transactions, maps where funds went, and writes an evidence report. A person reviews the findings. Software inside the company assists that work. External lawyers apply for freezes and represent you only when the engagement letter names them.

EthGuardians is a tracing team inside AI Data Intelligence Limited, with its own staff. Sarah Legal, CriptoAtivos Portugal, and AlFaraji Law are external firms. They act only if the engagement letter names them. Trust Wallet is a self-custody tool we may suggest. It is not a partner.

The website is information, not legal advice

Pages, articles, and answers on this site explain crypto asset recovery and blockchain tracing in general. They are not legal advice, not a prediction of the outcome of your case, and not an offer to act as your lawyer. Reading the site does not create a lawyer-client relationship.

Tracing does not guarantee that funds will be recovered. Recovery is realistic only in some cases, and only when the funds can still be reached through a lawful route.

What we never ask for

Official email uses @blockchainlegalsolutions.com. If someone using another channel asks for any of the items above, contact us at the address on this page before you respond.

Fees

There is no upfront fee for the enquiry review. We aim to review an enquiry within 24 hours.

If we offer an engagement, the success fee is agreed in writing before work starts. It is charged only if recovered funds reach a bank account you control. The invoice is in ordinary currency. We do not ask you to send cryptocurrency. If no funds are recovered, no success fee is charged. Any third-party cost, such as a court fee or an external lawyer's cost, is disclosed and agreed in writing before it is incurred.

The website does not publish a percentage. The signed engagement is the fee agreement.

Countries we do not accept

We do not accept matters for citizens or permanent residents of the United States, Germany, Italy, or France. Sanctioned jurisdictions are screened before any engagement. Sending a form does not mean the matter is accepted.

Your enquiry

You agree that the information you send is true to the best of your knowledge. You will not send a seed phrase, a private key, or a password. The Privacy Policy explains how the enquiry is used. You must tick the privacy confirmation on the form before it can be sent.

We may decline a matter. A decline is not a statement that recovery is impossible through some other route.

Confidentiality

We treat case information as confidential. The intake form is not, by itself, protected by attorney-client privilege. Privilege applies only when a named lawyer is instructed and the law of that jurisdiction provides it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or send unlawful content. We may suspend access where we need to protect the site or other people.

Liability

Information on the site is provided in good faith and may change. We are not liable for decisions you take based only on general pages. Nothing on this page limits a right that the law does not allow us to limit, including rights you may have as a consumer.

Complaints

Write to info@blockchainlegalsolutions.com with the subject "Complaint". We will acknowledge the message and review it.

Law

These website terms are governed by Hong Kong law. The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over disputes about these website terms. A signed engagement may name the law and forum that apply to that matter.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. This version is dated 3 November 2026.
